Fulfillment Policy

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order, depending on whether or not the piece still needs to dry or if it’s already been varnished and is ready to ship. It will be listed on the individual product listing if a painting is not dry yet and will require a waiting period greater that 2 weeks prior to shipment.

Original paintings may not be immediately available for shipment due to it being installed at a gallery or other venue. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately with a revised estimated shipment date. There is also the rare occurrence that the piece has already been sold and the gallery has not notified us yet of the sale. In this situation you will be contacted immediately and offered a full refund or you may apply your order amount to any other completed painting or a custom piece.

Prints and giftware items will be shipped within 7 business days of your order, unless otherwise specified on the item listing.

Shipping Policy

Original artwork will be sent out via FedEx or UPS - please contact us if you prefer a certain carrier. Shipping original artwork anywhere in Canada is free. For other shipping destinations please contact us prior to purchase and we will quote an additional shipping fee.

Prints and gift items will be sent out via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, or UPS - please contact us if you prefer a certain carrier. Please see the individual listings for shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, you can email averboompainting@gmail.com with photos of the damage to receive either a full refund or a replacement free of charge. If your original artwork arrives damaged, you can email averboompainting@gmail.com with photos of the damage to receive either a full refund, have the painting repaired, or have your amount applied to another completed painting or to a custom.

Copy Rights & Prints

All images on this website are the sole property of the artist Alexandra Verboom Fritz and may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without prior written consent.

All original artwork and art prints are protected by copyright and are the sole property of the artist, Alexandra Verboom Fritz and may not be reproduced, copied, or sold. This includes if you own the original artwork or a print of the artist’s artwork, the reproduction rights still remain the sole property of the artist.

The artist, Alexandra Verboom Fritz, retains all reproduction rights for any works sold or commissioned, unless otherwise agreed to in the purchase agreement. Prints of your original artwork may be produced at anytime by the artist. As a courtesy the artist will not produce prints of commissioned artwork without prior consent from the commissioner.

Refund Policy

Alexandra Verboom Fritz offers a money back guarantee on all items, except for custom paintings. Within 30 days, return the item in its original condition and you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges. (Please return in our packaging if possible.)
